1. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do! Lucky Pawsome Shop ships worldwide. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we'll work to get your order to you as swiftly as possible.

2. What's your return and refund policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges if the incorrect size or item is ordered, or in case the buyer's remorse, as each item is made to order.

We can only offer refunds or replacements if the item has been lost or damaged, or there's been a manufacturing error. You must submit photo evidence showing the issue within 30 days of item delivery. You can always contact us for any return or refund questions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. What's you production time?

The production time is 2-5 business days as every item is made to order.

4. What's you shipping policy?

Check our average shipping times below:

USA*: 5 – 10 business days
Canada**: 10 – 30 business days 
Australia: 10 – 30 business days
Rest of World: 10 – 30 business days

NOTE: During holidays, production times may be extended to 2-5 business days.

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days. Untracked services are temporarily being used for shipping to these areas.

** Canada tracking is country-based – as soon as the package reaches the country, the tracking stops, however, the package will get delivered by local post in next days.
